This document sets out all the conditions that apply to opening an account, playing games, claiming bonuses and making financial transactions on the o777 platform. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

General Provisions and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the o777 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By using the o777 website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

All services on o777 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. At the time of registration or at any later stage, you may be asked to submit documents to prove your age. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services operated under the o777 platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, app-based services and any promotional activities. Where separate rules exist for a specific service, those rules apply alongside these general Terms.

These Terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered the final and authoritative version. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version takes precedence.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on o777, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 KYC Verification Process

To ensure secure transactions, o777 may verify your identity at any time. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence, proof of address, and proof of payment method. If the required documents are not submitted within the given time, the account will be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to keep the name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details on your account accurate and up to date at all times. o777 reserves the right to close any account operated using false information.

Account Security and Password

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your login details, password or OTP code with any third party. o777 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message.

3.1 Password Protection

  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
  • Avoid using the same password on any other site.
  • Change your password regularly and log out after signing in from an unfamiliar device.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. o777 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a compromised account, unless it is proven that the fault was entirely due to a technical error on the platform.

If anyone claims to be an o777 representative and asks for your login details, it is fraudulent — please notify us immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on o777 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below the specified amount will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that active bonus has been met.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — the name on the account and the name on the payment method must match.

4.3 Transaction Verification

If unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, o777 may put it on hold and request additional information. If the required information is not provided, the right to cancel the transaction is reserved.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • A bonus may only be used once — it cannot be claimed more than once by the same member or a family member, from the same IP address or from the same device.
  • Withdrawing a deposit while a bonus is active will cancel that bonus.
  • Some games may contribute a limited amount towards bonus wagering — full details will be stated on the specific bonus terms page.
  • o777 reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

o777's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is given based on the net loss for each week. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7% and Gold up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback will be received.

Cashback is a portion of net losses — it is not a guarantee of profit. If you win from a bonus, meeting the wagering requirement before withdrawal is mandatory.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on o777 are run on fair and automated Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely chance-based and previous results do not influence future results. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical fault, the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet returned.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and sports event. These limits will be clearly stated in the game lobby or on the betting slip.

6.3 Game Validity

If a game is left incomplete due to a software error, network outage or any other reason, o777 will determine the final outcome based on log data. This decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person or creating accounts on behalf of third parties.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses by altering game patterns or acting in coordination with others.
  • Making transactions using another person's payment method.
  • Attempting to exploit errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
  • Money laundering or any other financially criminal activity.
  • Attempting cyber attacks against the platform, data theft or disruption of systems.
  • Harassment, threats or disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff.

If evidence of fraud or deception is found, o777 reserves the right to take legal action and may notify the relevant authorities.

Platform Liability Limits

8.1 Service Availability

While o777 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, temporary outages may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues or other reasons. o777 is not responsible for any potential loss of winnings caused by such outages.

8.2 Third-Party Services

Any errors or delays in services provided by payment processors, game providers and other third parties are not directly within o777's control. However, o777 will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

In any circumstances, o777's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the last 30 days. o777 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property and Content

The logo, design, content, software and other elements of the o777 platform are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distributing or modifying any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited.

9.1 User Content

By submitting any comment, review or other content on the platform, you grant o777 a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, publish and distribute that content.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before requesting closure, settle all active bets and withdraw your balance.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

o777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

  • Breach of any clause of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious financial activity.
  • A risk of the platform's security being compromised for any reason.

10.3 Funds After Closure

If the account is not closed due to a breach of terms, any valid balance at the time of closure will be returned to the designated payment method.

11.1 Data Protection

Members' personal and financial information is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Data is not shared with third parties, except when required by legal obligations or identity verification processes.

11.2 Cookie Policy

o777 uses cookies to improve the user experience on the website. Cookies can be disabled from browser settings, though doing so may limit some features.

Responsible Gaming Policy

o777 believes that a mindful and responsible approach to gaming ensures a better experience for everyone. Detailed responsible gaming guidelines are available on the platform, covering ways to assess and manage your own gaming habits.

12.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Once set, these limits take effect immediately, and a 7-day waiting period applies before they can be increased.

12.2 Self-Exclusion

A member can request self-exclusion to take a break from the platform for a specified period — from 30 days up to permanent. During self-exclusion, promotional bonus messages will be stopped.

12.3 Minor Protection

Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using the platform. Parents and guardians should control access to their devices and accounts.

Dispute Resolution

13.1 Filing a Complaint

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, payment, or account matter, first contact the support team via live chat or email. The support team is available in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of first contact.

13.2 Formal Complaint Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may submit a formal complaint. This process requires a written complaint, relevant screenshots, and a transaction ID. o777 will communicate a formal decision within 14 working days.

13.3 Final Decision

The assessment of o777's technical team, based on game logs and server data, will be considered final unless independent verification proves otherwise.

Terms & Conditions Changes

o777 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or platform notification.

14.1 Effective Date of Changes

New terms and conditions will take effect 7 days after the changes are published. Continued use of the platform after the changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

14.2 Previous Versions

Previous versions of the terms and conditions are kept in an archive and may be obtained through the support team upon request.
